Lahni's card

I've just found this in my drafts, it's the card I made for our Grand daughter Lahni's 10th birthday.

I experimented colouring the baking Tilda with only one coloured copic marker and the colourless blender instead of the three or more of a colour that you use for blending, I'm quite pleased with how it turned out although the photo doesn't really do it justice.

Happy Birthday

Here's another little scene card made with dies available at FATCATSs Card Corner

The background is from the Hey Birdie Collection paper pad from Kaisercraft and I just built on that.
Tilda is Tilda with Hawaiian Flower and I coloured her with copics.

Wishing you Sunshine.

Happy weekend Everyone

I love this Tilda stamp and have used it here on a birthday card for our youngest grand daughter Lahni.

I paper pieced her dress and the band on her hat and coloured her with copics.
The dies I used are the Tree from Marianne Creatables as are the Fence and Little Bird.
The Puffy Clouds are a memory Box Die

Thank you for visiting.

Happy Birthday

Kaaren sent me this new dies set made by Leane Creatief Design and I just love the swirly frame and the tiny flowers and leaves that come with it.

I just had to have a Tilda sitting on it. Tilda is coloured with copics and the papers used are from a Kaisercraft 6½ pad Chapter One.
The corner is a Cuttlebug Vintage Die

Thank you for your visit today.

Tilda with Koala.

As soon as I saw the Tilda with Koala stamp I just knew I had to have it, and I knew I would get plenty of use out of it.
Here’s one I coloured with copics, I stamped it with versamark and then heat embossed it with black embossing powder, which wasn’t such a good  idea because the black embossing powder marked my copics and also ran into my colouring slightly, I persevered  with it though and used it anyway deciding it just looked like Tilda had a nice Aussie tan :)
The lighter green back ground was embossed with the Cuttlebug Forest Branches.
The smaller darker green back ground I made by stamping the leaf stamp with versamark and then heat embossing with white embossing powder and then sponging over with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink.
The hingie things are a Fancy tags 1 cut in half and sponged with Memento London Fog.
Everything was slightly edged with the Memento Bamboo leaves ink including my Gum flowers and branches.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today.

Happy Birthday Lahni

Hi,
I hope you all had a great weekend.
I spent most of mine battling with my computer, but I think I have it all running smoothly again now.
Our youngest  grand daughter Lahni is turning eight so I had to get her card finished  as well as fighting with my PC.
I coloured Tilda and cat and the little puppy with Faber- Castell colouring in pencils and blended with odourless solvent.
The background I made in my Paint Shop program and sponged with Memento Summer Sky ink.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Tilda with swirls

Hello,
Here is a card that has come from using up bits and pieces from my table.
I had stitched the swirls, then made the mistake of cutting them out, because having done that I didn't know what to do with it, so decided I would sit a Tilda on it, she is coloured with copics.
I finished it off with some handmade flowers made some time ago and a die cut butterfly with some stamping and  Star Dust stickles added which I also put on the little circles of the background, which is one of FredSheSaids

Tilda card for a friend

Ice/ballet princess Tilda was coloured with Prisma Pencils and OMS the watering can I coloured with copics.
The lace border was made with Martha Stewards doily lace border punch and I learned how to do it from Norma's Blog.

Tilda in Rainbow Coat

I love these cute little girls and coloured this one with my copic markers, I need lots and lots of practice colouring with them but am quite pleased how she turned out.
I made the fence with the Martha Stewart deep border punch Garden Trellis and then added some flowers I learned to make from a very dear friend.
