A quilt for a grand daughter

Grand daughter Chloe loves all things black and white so when it came to her 21 st Birthday I made her a black and white quilt with pops of red her other favourite colour.

She loves dogs too, that's Nala her adopted grey hound and Koda the family cavalier on the couch next to another of my quilts.

Another Wedding Bookatrix

My dear sister Truusje requested another Wedding bookatrix card,
with a request of Royal blue for the bridesmaid dresses
as well as white roses and forget-me-nots.
This is what I came up with.

Wedding Bookatrix

My sisters son was getting married and she asked me to make a bookatrix card for her to give to him.
I asked her if there was a colour she wanted me to use, she said red and when I asked her what colour red she sent me a photo of the flowers the bride would be carrying, so I created the bouquet to put onto the card.

I'm not very happy with the photos, my camera decided not to turn on any more, Canon replaced it, but with a different model, which I'm not happy with.

Brides bouquet.

And here it is in its box.

50th Wedding Anniversary

Being married for 50 years is such an achievement, especially in this day and age where couples seem to tire (fall out of love) of each other so quickly, so when I was asked to make a Bookatrix card to celebrate that milestone, I was more than happy to do it.

The embossing folder I used is the Crafts Too Lattice folder.
The flowers were made with the Cheery Lynn Medium Tea Rose Die
The names were cut with the Memory box Typewriter Upper and Lower case Dies.
Hearts are Spellbinders Classic Hearts Die.

And here it is in it's box

21st Bookatrix Card

He's having a party theme of Black and white with bling, so my bookatrix card for him is meant to represent a black jacket, white shirt and bow tie.

Here it is in it's box.

80th Birthday Bookatrix

John's (husband) Uncle John is turning 80 tomorrow so I made him a bookatrix card.
I kept it pretty simple by just cutting the numbers with a Fiskars template and the stars with a Fiskars squeeze punch some peel offs for the star trails and Star Dust stickles around the edge of the white book page.
I had to use glossy accents to get the white layer to stick to the Glitter card stock.

Thank you for taking the time to visit its very much appreciated.

Easel Swap

Hello My lovely Blog readers.

This card was made for a swap in the PENNY FLOWERS and Paper Crafts group I belong to.
Its been received now so I can show it to you.
The shapes were cut with a bookatrix board (which my lovely friend Angie cut for me) thank you Angie.
Angie is the owner of PENNY FLOWERS and Paper Crafts.
I added some Glitzin' glamour glitter glue around the edges of all the layers after I had sponged them with Memento Angel Pink.
The stamp is from Mo's Digital Pencil called Sinatra but in this case his name is Olly.
I coloured him with copics.
The roses are the Ultimate Rose designed by Angie and made by me and the leaves are Sizzlits Little Leaves.
