Purple,Green and White

Hi Everyone.

I don't enter a lot of Challengers but I am going to enter this card into the challenge over at Scrapbook Boutique, where the challenge is to use Purple Green and White, using the this image as inspiration.

For my card I've coloured Tilda with copics, cut her out with one of the dies from the Couture Creations Victorian Rectangles Die Set, sponged some New Sprout Memento Ink around her while it was still in the die.
The butterfly is one of the Cheery Lynn 3 Exotic Butterflies die set.
The leafy branches are Marianne Creatables LR0150 and LR0151

Thank you for taking the time to visit.

60th Wedding Anniversary card

An Uncle and Aunt of mine back in Holland have recently celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary.

I've used tom and tilly from Mo's Digital Design and coloured them with copics.
I tried to colour them in the colour of the clothes they were wearing when I met them over two years ago now.

The flowers I made and the lovely paper is from Kaisercraft 6 -1/2" paper Pad Madame Boutique.

Wishing you Sunshine.

Happy weekend Everyone

I love this Tilda stamp and have used it here on a birthday card for our youngest grand daughter Lahni.

I paper pieced her dress and the band on her hat and coloured her with copics.
The dies I used are the Tree from Marianne Creatables as are the Fence and Little Bird.
The Puffy Clouds are a memory Box Die

Happy Birthday

Kaaren sent me this new dies set made by Leane Creatief Design and I just love the swirly frame and the tiny flowers and leaves that come with it.

I just had to have a Tilda sitting on it. Tilda is coloured with copics and the papers used are from a Kaisercraft 6½ pad Chapter One.
The corner is a Cuttlebug Vintage Die

Thank you for your visit today.

Debonair and Flowers

Hi Everyone,

Here's my latest card I have made for FatCatsCardCorner.

I've used the Craft Concepts embossing folder Debonair for the main focal point I embossed it on the Cranberry card and inked over some white ink and for the white pieces I inked over some Memento Rhubarb stalk ink (I also used this same ink to colour the flowers) , then cut the corner pieces off and glued them behind the red pieces.
The flowers and buds I made with the Cherry Lynn Large Rose Die

Thank you for taking the time to visit .

Tilda with Koala.

As soon as I saw the Tilda with Koala stamp I just knew I had to have it, and I knew I would get plenty of use out of it.
Here’s one I coloured with copics, I stamped it with versamark and then heat embossed it with black embossing powder, which wasn’t such a good  idea because the black embossing powder marked my copics and also ran into my colouring slightly, I persevered  with it though and used it anyway deciding it just looked like Tilda had a nice Aussie tan :)
The lighter green back ground was embossed with the Cuttlebug Forest Branches.
The smaller darker green back ground I made by stamping the leaf stamp with versamark and then heat embossing with white embossing powder and then sponging over with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink.
The hingie things are a Fancy tags 1 cut in half and sponged with Memento London Fog.
Everything was slightly edged with the Memento Bamboo leaves ink including my Gum flowers and branches.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today.

Turning fifteen

Our granddaughter Asha is turning 15 on the 12th of this month, I was so pleased to be able to make a girlie card for her, out of our 5 granddaughters Asha is the only one that I would be able to make something real girlie for. I hope she likes it.

It was done by stamping the GinaK Design stamps onto the pink card-stock with a versamark stamp pad and heat embossing with white embossing powder.
A tiny ribbon and some even tinier black gems and its all ready to go.

Thank you for taking the time to visit, I really appreciate it.
