Fantasy Butterflies

I have been creating but a lot of it has been for Kaaren to take to her next Craft Show she is attending which is at the Sydney Papercraft Festival which I'll show in another post.

Love Birds

Kaaren sent me this cute little Love Birds die from Impression Obsession which I just love.

For this card I coloured them up as blue birds by swirling the colour on with a sponge dauber and an ink pad.

21st Bookatrix Card

He's having a party theme of Black and white with bling, so my bookatrix card for him is meant to represent a black jacket, white shirt and bow tie.

Here it is in it's box.

I made a card

I managed to make a card without causing myself too much pain on my surgical hand.

It's amazing what we can accomplish with determination.

I coloured the Leane Creatief Landscape Church stamp with copics, this was quite easy one handed.

And I cut the dies using my elbow to hold down my cuttlebug while cutting.

The dies I used were the Marianne Creative Tree and the Marianne Craftable passe-partout rectangle

 The background is the Cratfs Too 5"x7" lattice embossing folder.

This card I made in the morning before going in for the surgery and its for my brother in laws birthday at the end of this month.

I used a new stencil for the background thecraftersworkshop 6x6 mini tile texture 

The trees are from a Leane Creatief die set deer and trees,

The grass is a Fiskars border punch and the leaves the Martha Stewart punch Frond.

The owl digital stamp is from Just inked.

40th Anniversary

I've had carpal tunnel release surgery done on my left hand so there is no crafting for me for a while and its frustrating the heck out of me, I am not a fan of this sitting and doing nothing, I have new dies from Kaaren and I want to play with them.

This card (mde before we went away) is for a younger sister celebrating her 40th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow.

Spellbinders Heart dies was used as well as Cuttlebugs Swiss Dots embossing folder.

The flowers were made with the Die-namics Upsy Daisy die, leaves are the Fancy That Ghinko Flourish and also used was the Memory Box Chloe Stem.

Zipper card

Hello Everyone.

I've been away for a couple of weeks and meant to schedule this post before going away but it looks like I forgot to do it because I just found it in my drafts.

This is a card I made a little while back and my sister has now taken possession of.

The zipper die cut was sent to me by my friend Angie and I've filled it with some pom pom flowers designed by her as well.

Cotton Reel is from Die-namics sew nifty die set

and the lavender is from the Marianne Creatables Decorative Elements.

I made a little pin cushion to finish.
