Too long since my last post.

Hello Everyone,
If you are still stopping by to read my Blog, I thank you, I can't believe its been over a month since I have posted.

I like how you layered the hollyhocks die to give the card more dimension. You have great card art!! Thanks for sharing.

Baukje, I do have a question on how you made the hollyhocks so much realistic. Did you cut out a green one and then on the tops cut out small portions and then added another colored one behind? They are so intricate and detailed and I haven't seen them done this way. Any help or a tutorial would be greatly appreciated. Also, what did you use to build up the flowers? Blessings, Sherrie

Sherrie, I just cut all the hollyhocks in white then coloured the stems and flowers with copics.
I built the flowers up by giving each flower some cupping then layered them on top of one another using Aleene's tacky glue.
