How did this sweet child get to be 18, an owner of a moving vehicle and a licence to drive it.

That isn’t an embossing folder its Luxury Embossed Card by Christina Re and only comes in white and pink in packs of 5.
There is apparently an embossing folder that is very similar that you can get now its by We R memory keepers called Next level, they come in packs of 2 and that particular one is called Wave.
