Oriental Fan

Hello Everyone.

I'm back with another card for FatCats Card Corner

Using the beautiful Tattered Lace Oriental Fan die.

Kaaren has a huge range of these beautiful dies in store now, check them out here.

For my card I started with a picture of a Flamenco dancer that lightened before printing it out, then used the Memory Box Texture Diamond Stencil and lightly spritzed with a black marker using the Perfect Airbrush Colour Spritzer.

The roses I made with the Cherry Lynn Medium Tea Rose Die

Also used was the Cheery Lynn Dandelions set of two dies set.

Tattered Lace - Mini Tea Set

 Hello Everyone

I am back today with another two cards for Kaaren at FatCats Card Corner, they both feature the Tattered Lace Mini Tea Set Die set.

For this first one I started by creating the background  by using a die cut I cut from from Spellbinders Basic Lattice die and using it as a stencil and sponging with Dried Marigold Distress Ink.

I then cut a rectangle for my tray and using a circle punch punched out the notches for the trays handles then using my scissors distressed the edges.

The tea set doesn't come with saucers so I used the bottom of the tea pot as saucers.

I cut the middle out of the Marianne Craftable Circle die and slipped it in behind the corner of the tray.

The flowers I made with the smallest of the dies that come with the Marianne Craftable Circle die and the leaves are the Cottage Cutz Fall Vine Die.

Tea with Friends was done on my computer.

And playing with a feature in Paint Shop Pro X2

Card 2

I started this one by spritzing the background using the Perfect Airbrush Colour Spritzer and a copic marker.

I didn't add a backing to the beautiful  Tattered Lace Mini Tea set this time so all the background could show through.

I just drew some steam coming from the tea pots spout freehand and added the wording by hand as well.

The bow is Impression Obsession's small bow and the little eggs are from the cut outs of the bow.

And some more playing in Paint Shop Pro X2 using the Effects - Geometric - Spherize.

Kisses

Hello Everyone.

I have a card to share today with an image from Saturated Canary, Krista draws the cutest images.

She is called kisses and I've coloured her with copics.

I made some Carnations (the red ones) with the Die-namics layered Rose die, I'll add the tutorial below.

The greenery is the Impression Obsession Grass and the Poppy stamps Gentle Leaf.

This is the die set I used, I used the smallest and the second smallest dies.

I don't know why some of the images are showing sideways

                    I missed a step here, glue the three or  four pinched pieces into the centre.

Garden Bench

Hello Everyone

Today's share are two cards made for Kaaren at FatCats Card Corner.

They both feature the new  

Garden Bench Pop It Ups Die from Elizabeth Crafts Design.

You need some good sturdy card stock to make these, on this first one my card stock was a lot sturdier than the second as you can tell by the wonkiness of the bench.

I also used the Marianne Creatables Anja's Border LR0300 Die on both of them.

On the one above I used the Impression Obsession Grass and for the bulrushes I cut them from the Marianne Creatables Leaves 3 Die set.

The leaves for the flowers was the Poppy stamps Lovely Tendrils die.

The flowers I used Elizabeth Craft Designs Bunch of  flowers 2

The Best Wishes is by Cheery Lynn.

Also used for this card was the Impression Obsession Bare Tree (love this tree).

And the Marianne Creatables Topiary and Butterfly die set
